Inspector Ed Home Inspections Inc. is owned by company president Ed Chatterton. Ed has been working as a home inspector since 2008. He built his business to help home buyers through clear communication, honesty, and thorough services. His goal is for every buyer who walks away from their time together feeling confident with the information he has provided to make an educated decision on their purchase.

20 Years of Construction and Building Maintenance Experience

Before becoming a home inspector, Ed Chatterton worked in the construction and building maintenance industries for 20 years. This experience has been invaluable to him and is what makes him such a great home inspector today. He loves working with his hands and is constantly improving upon the detailed knowledge that he has of homes and how they work. Along with running his own home inspection business, Ed works as a union construction worker. As such, he stays up-to-date on the latest building technology and practices and is able to keep these things in mind while doing inspections.

When He Isn’t Working…

Outside of home inspection and construction, Ed enjoys spending time with his wife and children and being outdoors. He loves many outdoor activities, such as walking, biking, hiking, camping, and spending time at the beach. In addition to outdoor activities, Ed likes antiques, refinishes old furniture, and enjoy barbecuing and cooking for his family.
